DAVE PINSON
CEO, President

Dave provides the strategic leadership and vision to guide the direction and tremendous growth of our organization. This has been proven by his aggressive plan and execution of successful takeovers and integrations of more than 15,000 units in 11 States. Dave oversees the daily operations and opportunities for expansion through development and acquisition as well as property management while providing the entire staff with inspiration and empowerment.

Before becoming CEO/President, Dave served as a Regional Director at Trinity Multifamily supervising the Northwest Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri Portfolio’s. During this time, Net Operating Income (NOI) increased and occupancy ran above market average.

Dave brings over 10 years’ experience in student housing and property management on several different college and university campuses. He is a previous recipient of the National Rising Star award for excellence in student housing. Dave served as the Director of Housing and Residential Life at the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith where he was the Chief Housing Officer. During this time he was responsible for the overall operations of the Office of Housing and Residential Life. His other housing experience includes being an Area Coordinator at both Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, Arkansas and Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.

Dave holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Arkansas Tech University. Additionally, Dave is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is accredited through the National Apartment Association. He also holds an active Arkansas Real Estate License.

He was the recipient of both the 2013 and 2014 Corporate Supervisor of the year in Central Oklahoma. He and his wife LeAnn are the parents of 2 sons, Blake and Bryce and 1 daughter Madeline.

DOUG DEDMON
Executive Vice President, Principal Broker

Doug Dedmon has successfully overseen the management takeover of over 16,000 multifamily units in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, Kansas,Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan and Iowa. Mr. Dedmon worked his way up from the on-site manager/maintenance level to our Executive Vice President/Principal Broker. He possesses a tremendous amount of global knowledge about the operation of multifamily properties and is instrumental in making sure the information technology and accounting integrates properly with the overall strategy of the business. Mr. Dedmon is highly responsible for the hands-on approach that Trinity Multifamily employs during a management takeover and ensures that realistic budgets are developed and met throughout the operation of the assets under Trinity’s tenure for the last 14 years.

Mr. Dedmon’s current role with Trinity includes the finance and under writing of new opportunities and partnerships as well as an analytic oversight and follow up of each of the assets entrusted to Trinity’s management. He also carries the Brokers License for the firm and ensures that each agent is current and up to speed on the often-changing rules and regulations in the real estate industry today.

In addition to the above accomplishments, Doug is a Licensed Principal Broker. Mr. Dedmon is a member of the Fort Smith Board of Realtors. Additionally, he is a respected member of the National Board Association of Realtors. He and his wife Amber are parents to one son, Hunter and a daughter, Anna Grace.

CRAIG CARTER, CPA
Chief Financial Officer

Craig joined Trinity Multifamily in 2016 and has over 20 years of experience in property management along with three years in public accounting. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and a Certified Public Accountant.

Craig and his wife Sheryl have five daughters and one grandchild. They are active members of First Baptist Lavaca. Craig also serves on the board of directors for Lavaca Public Schools. He has also served on the boards of several other charities, including Hope Rising Children’s Home, an orphanage in Haiti and The Call of Crawford and Sebastian Counties, a foster parent support organization.

KRISTY GREGORY
VP of Operations

Kristy began with Trinity Multifamily in 2011 in our Accounts Payable department. She learned the multifamily industry and the back end operations of the properties and now leads a team of 9. As the VP of Operations she oversees many pieces of our business and ensures operational excellence as a whole. Some of those areas of the business are: the accounting department which encompasses accounts receivable and accounts payable, she handles all human resources tasks including being our main liaison between us and our Payroll & HR company, and she co-plans and co-directs our largest company function of the year- the Annual Training and Awards meeting. Prior to coming to the multifamily industry, Kristy worked in the banking industry and the auto industry; holding various positions to include service manager and general manager.

Kristy graduated from UAFS with an Associate’s Degree.

In her time outside of the office she is actively involved in several groups within her church, helps support the operations side of her husband Jason’s business, and spends time cheering on her three children: Kayelee, Whitley and Colin in their various sports of choice.

MISTY STEUART
VP of Organizational Development & Public Relations

Misty joined Trinity Multifamily in July 2016. In her current role as VP of Organizational Development & Public Relations, her primary function is to continue to lead the company brand into the coming years as well as organizing an internal training academy for all new team members, furthering our preparation for continued growth. Prior to her current role, she served as our Director of Marketing & Staff Development. As Marketing Director she oversaw a large portion of the increased recognition of our brand and the celebration of our growth. She has also taken on many other tasks filling the gaps as needed through the many Take Overs, New Lease ups, and more recently work on the training side of our operations. She has been in the multifamily industry for seven years with experience on the vendor side in advertising and in serving the operations team at a property management company in Oklahoma. Prior to coming to the multifamily industry, she held various titles to include Sales Consultant, Agent Account Executive and Sales Manager at US Cellular. Her decade there provided her with experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and leadership to make her an asset to Trinity.

She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2013 with her Bachelors in Business Management.

Misty has two daughters Kailey and Addyson and was recently married.

AARON BROWN
Director of Due Diligence

Prior to his position as Risk Management Coordinator, Aaron W. Brown served four years as a Community Director at Rockwood Terrace. While there, Mr. Brown acquired 6 other properties over his service. His duties included budgets, marketing, maintenance supervisor, minor rehabs, retention and new property take overs. Rent was increased by twenty-five percent while total income and occupancy rose over twenty percent.

As the Risk Management Coordinator, Mr. Brown has overseen the largest rehab in hail damages claims for the River Valley portfolio. Aaron personally inspected and assessed nearly every roof prior to the claims, attended adjusters visits and set up most contractors with damages totaling nearly $2 million in losses.

Aaron brings 2 years’ experience in property management prior to joining the Trinity family. Previously Aaron worked in food service, customer service and construction.

Mr. Brown holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith in Criminal Justice. Additionally, he is a certified apartment manager, and has taken the Fair Housing Laws accredited through the National Apartment Association – Education Institute. Currently he is acquiring the Risk Management Analysis certificate through The National Alliance for Insurance – Education and Research program.

Brother Brown is active with his fraternity Kappa Alpha Order, a member of Freemason and Troop 3 of the Boy Scouts of America in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He and his wife Sarah are the parents to their son, Mox Alexander and their twin daughters Lexington and Lennox.

TERESA GEYER
Network Administrator

Teresa Geyer joined the Trinity family in 2014 as an accounting assistant. We quickly realized her talents would be better utilized in the newly developed Information Technology department as the Network Administrator. She has helped in the setups of over 8900 units in the Trinity Portfolio.

Her day to day duties consist of maintaining computers, cellphones and integration of several types of software to keep Trinity Multifamily connected throughout the various states that we manage properties.

She received her Bachelors of Science degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University in 2015 after putting it on hold to raise her family. She also is a licensed Insurance agent.

Teresa has two sons Kerry Allen and David as well as two grandchildren Aiden and Archie. When Teresa isn’t in front a screen learning new software she spends as much time as she can with her grandsons.

JACQUELINE PARTHE KISH
VP Of Property Management

Jaqueline has over 25 years of experience in managing all types of real estate, with an extensive background in multifamily assets, including development, renovation, turnaround of underperforming properties, and lease ups. Jacqueline joined the Trinity Multifamily team in 2017 as the Vice President of Property Management. She supervises the management of the all the Oklahoma portfolios. Her experience in Property Management continues to build award winning teams. Jacqueline emphasizes the core fundamentals of customer relations and the customer experience while achieving market leading results and portfolio financial success. Her enthusiasm and passion for her work makes her a motivating team leader. Prior to joining Trinity Multifamily Jacqueline worked for Creekstone Management as Property Director and at Kelly Enterprise as an Area Manager.

Committed to advancing herself professionally, Jacqueline Parthe Kish holds membership in industry groups such as the Apartment Association of Northwest Arkansas for which she has served as the Vice President from 2015, 2016 and 2017. She also served as the Public Relations Ambassador for two years for the Kansas City Apartment Association. She additionally maintains her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) credentials through the National Apartment Association.

She and her husband John reside in Cave Springs Arkansas with their two Aussie’s Riley and Khloe.

LYNETTA JOHNSON
VP of Property Management & Principal Broker of Texas

Lynetta began her career in property management as a part-time leasing professional while a senior in high school. She now comes to us with 25-plus years of experience in multi-family real estate exemplified through her passion, creativity and personalized training materials, has a track record of building cohesive productive teams that yield results. With well-developed support teams, Lynetta crafted her expertise in property management operations by taking under-performing new developments, Class A, B or rebranding/repositioning C and D assets to apex performances achieving refinancing or dispositions successfully.

With steady recognition for her maximizing income and minimizing expenses, Lynetta has held positions as Property Manager, Marketing Director, Regional Trainer, Regional Manager and VP of Operations in several different markets. Lynetta has in-depth knowledge of all asset and demographic types, marketing, resident retention, collection concepts, audits, budgets, due diligence, acquisition, and disposition processes. She also has overseen portfolios up to 4000 units and supervised teams as large as 85.

Lynetta is a Notary and Licensed Real Estate Broker for both Texas and Georgia. Lynetta's experience in multi- and single-family real estate afforded her the opportunities to spearhead management company startups with a specific focus on operation best practices, compliance, human resources, training and acquisitions. She also is recognized as a highly intelligent multi-family solutions consultant/trainer who pays attention to detail and is driven by developing next level leaders as a partner and supporter of her on-site teams.

In addition, Lynetta enjoys reading the Bible, journaling and physical exercise. Her greatest joy and largest accomplishment is being able to call her nephew, son, in the pre-mature absence of her sister.

BRITTANY WICKS
VP of Property Management, NW Arkansas

Brittany joined Trinity Multifamily in 2013 and started out as a leasing agent and quickly moved to the role of community director, then to assistant regional director.

During this time she won a total of 6 awards; 4 from Trinity Multifamily as Manager of the year, NOI of the year, Helping hands, and the president’s award, then 2 awards through the NWA apartment association for Team player and Property manager of the year. She has proven success in property management, lease-ups, and marketing. She is active in the Northwest Arkansas Apartment Association and serves as a secretary, as well as several committees within the association.

She enjoys camping, skiing and rock climbing in her free time.

COURTNEY TEASLEY
VP of Property Management

Courtney started in the multifamily industry in 2005 in Birmingham, AL. She worked in various departments of the industry from leasing to regional operations. She helped build policy & procedure, set budgets and financials for over 20 acquired properties, piloted multiple lease-ups, spearheaded company training and led multiple renovation projects and new construction.

She relocated to Fort Smith, AR and became a part of the Trinity Multifamily team in 2015 as a community director with properties through out Eastern Oklahoma and Fort Smith. She has since taken on the role as regional director for Trinity’s southern portfolio.

JENNIFER KELLEY
Regional Director, Tulsa Area and Southeast Oklahoma

Jennifer joined Trinity Multifamily in 2005 and has over 12 years of experience. She started out as a leasing consultant but has been promoted a few times over the years and now her current role is the Regional Director for Tulsa and other surrounding areas. In addition to meeting and maintaining occupancy, marketing, writing budgets, internal auditing of property files, cash flow, and NOI expectations, as well as resident retention and rent increases; Jennifer is responsible for supervising the managers to ensure the overall appearance and performance of the properties. She earned her Certified Apartment Manager Designation (CAM) in 2013 and she is accredited through the National Apartment Association.

Jennifer and her husband Marcus are busy parents to one son, Jermaine and a daughter, Jordyn.

MANDY EUBANKS
Sr. Regional Director, Central Arkansas

Mandy joined Trinity Multifamily in 2016 and has over 10 years’ experience in the industry. She started out as a property manager and quickly moved to the role of Area Director, during this time she won two awards; one from Trinity Multifamily as Area Director of the year and one from the Arkansas Apartment Association as Area Director of the year.

From there she was promoted to Regional Director, where she took over several assets in the Central Arkansas area, which included over 1,100 new units at one time. She has increased revenue, occupancy and NOI within the portfolio by displaying exceptional operational leadership and direction.

She has shown a positive impact on the operations in the market. Mandy is a dedicated Trinity team member. Mandy is also a mother to 4 girls.

ZETA ROMAN
Sr. Regional Director, Oklahoma City, OK

Zeta joined Trinity Multi-family Property Management team in 2016. Zeta is an organized, efficient professional who oversees each property with keen attention to detail and a focus on each properties best interests. In 2016, Zeta’s hard work and dedication was recognized with property of the year.

Zeta has helped manage properties totaling 2,000 units.

Zeta offers her clients expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including tenant relations, vendor management, lease compliance, and contract renewals. She expertly addresses issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and budget preparation. Zeta’s commitment to the well being of her clients properties informs her every decision and ensures that the properties in her portfolio are very well taken care of.

She has a degree in Law. She has been married 18 years to Mickey Roman and they have two children, 9 year old son Mickey and 7 year old daughter Valentina.

TREY GAGE
Asset Manager

As Director of Asset Management and Quality Control, Trey monitors the portfolio to ensure it performs within the standards set by owners. Since joining Trinity in February 2020; the portfolio has increased monthly collections month over month, ranging from $7MM to currently exceeding $11MM. During the pandemic, the portfolio performed 5-10 basis points higher for both physical and economic occupancy, within each market, according to national statistics. To efficiently monitor the portfolio; he has teamed with the IT Department to develop a Key Performance Indicator program that generates a report to measure how each property is performing both physically and financially, along with measuring other important areas. It was designed to be a pro-active tool to identify areas of improvement for each property with most input coming from our experienced Field Staff. It has been named the Genesis Report, as it is the first of its kind, and we plan to file for Trademark protection when it is finalized. Trey oversees the reputation management duties for the properties we manage, and is leading efforts to implement a renters insurance product that will be beneficial for tenants and owners.

Trey is a 1994 graduate from Foreman High School. As a sophomore; he was offered a Livestock Judging Scholarship from NEO (Miami, OK), which competed for National Championships every year at the time, but opted to attend the University of Arkansas- Fayetteville. He earned a Master’s Degree in Agriculture Economics with an emphasis in Finance in 1999. His case study was a team effort with the Agricultural Engineering Department to conduct a feasibility study on an automatic poultry deboning machine, which eventually received national acclaim for the engineers. He was a member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity: Serving as the Recruitment Chairman for two years and one as President; he led them to their first Order of Omega award, which is the award given to the most outstanding fraternity on campus. He has over 20 years of Banking and Executive Management experience. He has a daughter Katherine Olivia (Katie) who graduated from Charleston High School, and she will attend the University of Arkansas- Fayetteville, to pursue a Pre-Law Business Degree- she is a 5th generation legacy to the U of A.

Director of Construction

Mr. Moreland joined our Trinity Multi Family Team in the spring of 2019. In his current role as Director of Construction Chris’s primary job function is to oversee the strategic planning and execution of construction and rehabilitation projects to fit each properties individual and unique needs. Chris strives to ensure that construction projects stay on budget and are completed with Quality and within the proposed timelines. Increasing property values, leasing opportunity, and creating a better quality of life for our tenants are his priority.

Mr. Moreland’s background has always been based around Construction management and Technical Education. He has served as Facilities and Operations Manager for University of Arkansas Pulaski Technical college. Career Technical Training Instructor specializing in HVACR Technologies For Pulaski Technical Collage. Building Construction Technologies Instructor for the little Rock Job Corps Center. And before that he built his skillset through good old fashion hard work with several construction companies starting many years ago as a laborer and working his way to Superintendent.

Mr. Moreland brought with him 20 years of Construction and Management experience to team trinity. He earned his degree with Texas A&M’s engineering outreach program and holds many certifications based around construction and the skilled trades. Chris is an NCCER certified instructor of HVACR, Building Construction Technologies and Industrial Maintenance Mechanics. Chris is also EPA and EPA Trainer Certified, OSHA 501 and 511 Inspector and Trainer Certified.

Chris Resides in Fort Smith Arkansas with his wife Jessica, and son Deken. They enjoy being outdoors, Traveling, and spending lots of time with friends and family.

TRISTA J. WIGGINS
Regional Director, Southern Georgia/Mobile, Alabama Mkt

Trista brings 12 years’ experience in the Multifamily industry ranging from low income to conventional; Trista has a bachelor’s degree in Business management, an associates in Logistics and Operations Management. Trista started her property management career as a leasing consultant and progressed to an assistant manager, manager, and regional director.

Trista is the Regional director over The Southern Georgia and Florida markets with Trinity Multifamily. Trista specializes in doing full property rehab, and has overseen the full interior and exterior renovation of 8 properties.

Trista and her husband, Landon, have 3 very active boys- Emmet, Ethan and Edge. As a family, they stay very active outdoors and love bass fishing, hiking, going to skate parks, kayaking, but also enjoy a lazy day at home when possible.

Trista is very active in her local community, and has a heart for giving back to others and helping others any way she can. She has volunteered at various homeless shelters, Rehabilitation centers and is active in her Albany, Ga community. Trista has facilitated agreements with local agencies such as Strive to Thrive, Aspire and NAMI to help battle homelessness in Albany.
